We are looking for a Senior HR professional who can lead the portfolio of young talent management leadership program and involving in campus branding as well for multinational conglomerate which is in the League of Fortune 500. They have over 120,000 employees, belonging to 42 nationalities. More than 50 per cent of their revenues flow from their overseas operations spanning 36 countries.
Role : AVP / GM for Young talent management leadership program
Education : MBA from Top B-schools only Batch of (2000 - 2006)
The lead here will be majorly responsible for :
- Handling entire employee lifecycle of young talents in group
- Hiring & development of talent from Top B school.
- PMS, training programs, & Compensation Management (except payroll)
- Brand ownership - Create brand identity on target B-School campus
- Designing & Implementing Recruitment strategy
- Learning & development calendar for the career path
- International campus engagement & hiring
