Urgent openings for AVP – Project finance, DGM – Project finance

Our client is in a Large private sector Bank

Location - Gurgaon/Mumbai

Job Responsibilities :-

1. Relationship Management- Effective client relationship management to originate business & service client on required funding needs. Specifically, determine clients' needs and devise financial solutions to meet their financial requirements.

2. Project Appraisal – Appraisal of projects involving financial, technical, economic & risk analysis and evaluation of proposals.

3. Financial Modeling – Reviewing complex financial models of international standards (in compliance with project documents, and local accounting & taxation practices); analyzing key business drivers and handholding the clients on risk/return analysis.

4. Preparation of IMs and PPTs

5. Due Diligence – Experience in undertaking background check on the promoter / borrower and the project.

6. Transaction Ownership – Handling the entire gamut of pre and post sanction activities

Desired candidate profile:- 4-7 years experience in project finance

Qualification :- Masters degree in finance from Tier-1 MBA colleges (MBA Preferred ) or CA

Specialized job competencies:

- Negotiation skills with ability to interact with people at various levels of the organization and outside environment.

- Strong sales and relationship management skills with experience in corporate relationship management.

- Good credit knowledge for deal structuring

- Good knowledge of general banking/ RBI regulations, KYC/AML norms

- Financial project evaluation, credit and analytical skills are a must

- Knowledge of various products including Trade Finance, Cash Management, Treasury and General Banking Product and Operations would be an added advantage.
