- Experience in Mergers & Acquisitions. Should have experience of working on several end-to-end Buy-side, Sell-side, Private Equity, JV, geographical expansion transactions across various sectors
- Advisory on India entry strategy, strategic partnership, joint ventures, minority transactions, global partnerships
- Experience on steps of M&A like fund raising transactions such as agreement negotiation, valuation, due diligence, opportunity analysis, financial modelling
- Post-merger integration and effective utilization of Corporate Finance function for leading banking relationships, audit, cash flows, cash optimization of projects, EBITDA improvement initiatives etc.
- Should have experience in both Corporate and Consulting companies
- Potential Acquisition Should be Must
Required Candidates Skills Set:
- Candidate with about 10-18 years of experience in M&A
- Exposure of involvement in international M&A will be desirable with exposure to all phases of Process along with Integration planning is must.
- Good communication with prospective business leadership qualities. Strong quantitative and analytical skills.
- Must be Chartered Accountant or Equivalent MBA (Finance) with an Overseas exposure.
