JOB TITLE AVP/GM - Marketing

EXPECTED QUALIFICATION DETAILS MBA/ PGDBM from a premium B School
Principal Responsibilities -
- Provide leadership and coordination of Company's marketing function.
- Responsible for planning, development and implementation of all of the Company's marketing and promotions strategies, marketing communications, and public relations activities, both external and internal
- Drive alliances centrally and across regions addressing monetisation agenda and connect with consumer segments
- Drive digital adoption pan organisation, and lead digital initiatives closely with radio sales team to ensure client synergies and tap monetisation potential
- Represent Fever in the larger HT group and drive synergy with various group initiatives
- Develop the launch & long term brand strategy and plans (market, segments, benefits and differentiators)
- Develop & implement the marketing strategy & plans (product, pricing, packaging, sales, communication & promotions)
- Strategize & Drive Brand & Digital Marketing Plans across all stations for larger brand prominence
- Drive in achievement of Revenue through timely & strategic deployment of various Marketing Properties/Concepts across stations
- Manage the marketing budgets and monitor performance of marketing initiatives
- Drive cohesiveness and ensure sharing of ideas/ initiatives between the city marketing teams
- Monitor effectiveness of Promotions Activities vs money spent
- Develop short- and long-term plans and budgets for the Marketing/promotions/ public relations program and its activities, monitor progress, assure adherence and evaluate performance.
- Develop, implement and monitor systems and procedures necessary to the smooth operation of the marketing/communications/public relations function.
Behavioural Skills -
- In-depth knowledge of advertising/promotions/PR and agency processes & procedures
- Work requires professional written and verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to motivate teams to produce quality materials within tight time frames and simultaneously manage several projects.
Technical Skills-
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
- Needs to be able to analyze and interpret any given data.
