Responsibilities:
- Responsible for managing internal clients and stake holders. (Proactively seeks client inputs / expectations and drives initiatives to achieve the same. Foresees outcome of actions taken and suggests appropriate remedial action)
- Global Immigration, managing deployments of professionals from India to global countries and responsible for Expat support program
- Responsible for overall execution and delivery of special projects on immigration, deployments and global mobility
- Coodinationg and Teaming with US Global Mobility Team
- Participating actively in and contributing to key activities of professional bodies relating to immigration
- Responsible for providing regular communication for internal clients and stakeholders
- Periodically reviews of quality improvement initiatives and projects
Skills required
- Managing and motivating team members
- Should establish good contacts with the US and other consulates
- Proactively identifying issues which could cause non-compliance by managing SLA in given timelines
- Suggesting tools, methods and processes towards continuous improvements.
- Suggests / drives best practices which could improve internal processes
- Drives closure of issues which cause SLA non-compliance
- Strong written and oral communication skills.
