AVP & Global Head - information Technology (ITES/BPO)

- Building strong relationships with senior management and key stakeholders, driving innovation and differentiated IT strategy, and improving the business value of IT.

- The responsibility covers design, development, release and maintenance of technology systems and services for all enterprise and business functions.

- Responsible for compliance and control with experience in information security, risk, IT audit, compliance and IT control testing

- Provide technological guidance within an organization.

- Supervise information system and communications network.

- Develop and implement a customer service platform to serve the organization in every aspect.

- Design, establish, and maintain a network infrastructure for local and wide area connectivity and remote access.

- Consult with administration, department managers, and manufacturing representatives to exchange information, present new approaches, and to discuss equipment/system changes.

- Participate in vendor contract negotiations for all new computer equipment and software purchased for the corporation.

- Create a cost-benefit analysis as well as supporting a detailed definition of data requirements and departmental workflows.

- Oversee Internet and computer operations.

- Manages the day-to-day operations of the information technology department including directing staff, who support administrative computing, networking, user services, telecommunications and other information technology functions.

Qualifications, Experience & Skill Sets:

1. Ideal candidates will be high caliber, senior professionals with IT leadership experience in lending BPO organizations.

2. They should be Engineering/Computer Sciences/Business Studies graduates from premier institutes and must have a minimum of 15 years of relevant experience. An MCA or MBA would be preferred.

Experience of managing lending systems and processes

3. Deep experience with management of vendors in the following areas:

4. Hosted application management

5. Configuration of cloud solutions

6. Infrastructure procurement and maintenance

7. Mobile solutions

8. Web hosting

9. Prior experience in working closely with lending professionals to implement technology-led change management initiatives would be highly desirable.

10. Experience in evaluating competing IT solutions and vendors, their selection and management; the ability to make technology choices and take calculated risks, will definitely be required.

11. They should be able to contribute to the overall business strategy and build a shared vision for technology deployment across all levels of the organization;
