- Design business analytics solutions and provide advisory services on revenue/sales maximization for Institutional clients & Corporates, pricing, market commentary, operational risk assessment and internal controls development
- Develop statistical models based on predictive analytics using R, Python and present through Tableau
- Liaise with sales and trading on client portfolio analysis, competitive analysis (work with Greenwich team on Greenwich Survey - APAC for FICC), pipeline management, client segmentation and sales strategies
- Timed communication on business performance through financial report, dashboards/MIS to Senior Management
- Lead team of 6-7 analysts for 3600 project management (PMO) to design comprehensive analytics solutions, process management and - Change the Bank- involving regulation norms (FATCA, Volcker, Dodd Frank)

- Expense, Budget and Business Performance Review dashboard/ packs for Senior Management and Trading Desk Heads
- Global Markets Operational Risk Management - Processes, People, Systems and External Events: Understanding risk reported, Risk Forum discussion representing business, Finding solution, implementation, tracking implementation and updating Trader Manual where require.
- Business Continuity Management (BCM) coordination - BIA, BCPs, Dependencies, Risk Control Self-Assessment (RCSA), Work Area Recovery and Work from home Testing exercises
- Business Exercises & Projects
- People and Projects - Planning and Management
- Presentations, MIS Reports, Performance summaries
- Divisional Budgeting
- Regular coordination and dialogue with internal functions, stakeholders and counterparts (internal and external)
- Process Transition/ Migration and Implementation of business best practices
- Cost Approvals and Process Improvements
