Designation : AVP- Global Alliance - Channel Partners
Job Description:
Reporting to the Global Allaince Head you will be responsible for following:
- Evaluation, enrolment and management of strategic alliance with leading Channel partners Globally, with focus in US and Europe, middle east
- Working with channel partners across the geo to generate new business opportunities and successfully converting them to achieve revenue targets
- Growing the company presence and reach in the BFSI space through Partners that would be measured by the growth in sales through / with partners
- Evaluate the economic and strategic costs and benefits of possible partnerships and work across all functional areas of the company to execute the relationships
- Manage a team of alliance managers for each geography.
Desired Profile:
- 12-16 Years of experience in driving business / revenue through alliances, partnerships, and business relationships especially with channel partners.
- Ability to understand and present the company's products from a technical perspective as well as provide commercial overview of their value to the partner
- Proven track record of initiating and successfully driving new business opportunities at your own
- Demonstrate ability to drive significant revenue through partnerships.
- Ability to blend technology and business strategy to develop compelling plans for new partner initiatives / programs
- Rich experience in managing alliances, client servicing and business development (Sales)
- Strong leadership qualities, decision-making, people management skills, analytical ability, and the ability to drive
- Excellent Communication and presentation Skills, both verbal and written
- Ability to engage with senior management of partner organizations
- Should be willing to travel internationally for business meetings
