AVP - General Accounting & Financial Reporting - BFSI/BPO

Roles and Responsibilities :

- Role incumbent will be responsible for end to end accounting and reporting of the financials at the global level for all entities.

- Will be handling a team and will be interacting with high end stakeholders for all the desired deliverables.

- Will be interacting with other inter related accounting and reporting team within the organization to make sure the global SLAs are met.

Desired Skill set :

- Looking for qualified CA / CWA / CFA / CPA / MBA professional preferably from a global banking organisation having work experience in general accounting, month end closing, financial reporting, consolidation of financial statements etc.,

- Should have work experience in IFRS / GAAP.

- Work experience in Hyperion / Cognos / Peoplesoft financials is mandatory.

- Should possess excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
