AVP - FX Risk Consulting

AVP FX Risk Consulting -10+ years- BFSI

Looking for an entrepreneurial senior professional with experience in FX and risk management, who will

a) Leverage our brand and IP in FX risk consulting to grow the business by 100%+ over the next three years

b) Build and maintain relationships with key customers while ensuring high quality of project delivery

c) Work with our existing team of consultants to mould them into domain experts, and create a tightly-knit, high performance culture

Desired Skills and Experience

- In-depth knowledge of treasury and FX risk management with 10+ years experience in a corporate treasury and/or bank dealing room; a ready network of clients will be a plus

- Understanding the nuances of banking regulations (with particular reference to the client/bank interface), Company law and business process constraints under which Indian industry operates. Accounting knowledge will be mandatory

- Experience in leveraging technology to enhance delivery of product/ services

- Strong communication skills, especially writing skills

- Ability to teach and train a team of experts and creating a mechanism for them to grow
