About our Client - Our client is a leading investment bank with operations in more than 35 countries globally. They have been a pioneer in investment banking and retail banking operations globally and are regarded as one of the leading banks worldwide. They are looking for an AVP in Fraud Analytics who can play a critical role in their fraud team for credit card portfolio.

Job Description - Reporting in to the VP and your key responsibilities will be :

- Develop strategies/policies for fraud team in credit card portfolio

- Consult with business partners to develop and implement business strategies

- Managing a team size of 3-5 people

- Model monitoring and making recommendations on model performance

- Demonstrate thorough understanding of Fraud process

- Assuring compliance across multiple disciplines by coordinating with cross functional teams

The Successful Candidate - have at least 7-8 years of work experience in Analytical experience.

- You must have strong academic background with Master's or Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics from premier institutions like IITs / ISIs etc. or reputed global institutions.

- Strong communication skills and should managed people in projects.

- Prior experience of working in a financial services organization is preferable.

- Strong analytical, technical and statistical skills

- Proven record in problem solving and business innovation

- Strong knowledge of Statistical tools-SAS, SQL, Excel , etc
