Job Profile :
- Aligning with the business and identifying training needs across the Franchisee & PCG Sales team.
- Designing and executing training road map for Sales & Advisors.
- Developing standardized training modules for 1200 Franchisees of the company .
- Designing and conducting Product, Process and selling skills training through various classroom/OTJ and eLearning modules.
- Conduct specialized refresher training to existing employees.
- Assess and evaluate performance and fine tune training modules as per requirement.
- Be the knowledge custodian for the business thorough impeccable product and process knowledge.
- To evaluate the effectiveness of the training imparted and document the same.
- To work closely with the sales and the dealing desk in training, coaching and hand holding the employees with an objective of increasing the productivity of the unit
- Evaluate employee's current level of knowledge and skills by conducting assessments and keeping the line informed.
