About our Client - Our client is a Leading Financial Services Firm with full suite of financial product offering to their clients across the globe. In order to accentuate the growth within the business, the client is looking for AVP - FP&A managing the Center of Excellence (COE) here in Gurgaon.

Job Description - Reporting to Head - FP&A, you would be responsible for:

- Monitoring of various SBUs by conducting cost analysis and variance analysis

- Feasibility analysis of Capital expenditures made by the company

- Computing ROI for various marketing spends by the company

- Conducting completion analysis

- Supporting business partners in the management of a functional cost base

- Undertaking complex financial MI to support key business decisions at senior & executive business level

- Working on what if analysis on projects and complex cost management initiatives

- Liaising with other divisions to develop product costs & pricing models to support product profitability analysis

The Successful Candidate - You are a qualified CA / MBA with 7+ years of post qualification experience. You will have:

- Extensive variance analysis & management reporting experience along with knowledge about business planning

- Detailed understanding of MI processing and reporting processes in general
