AVP - Financial Reporting for a Large MNC, based at Mumbai.

CA / MBA in Finance with at least 12 - 15 years of work exp. in consolidation, management & financial reporting with high degree of exposure to US GAAP & SOX compliances in a large MNC FMCG, Manufacturing etc.

- Ensuring Chart of Accounts mapping & accounting consistency.

- Preparing & reviewing schedules / dashboards for monthly & quarterly financial performance.

- Monthly / Quarterly review of balance sheet & cash flows.

- Trend and Variance analysis and qualitative understanding of results; reviewing with the accounting /business teams, as necessary; culminating in a concise - cause of change- report.

- Identifying US GAAP accounting concerns relating to new businesses / initiatives / transactions, researching them well in advance & getting timely resolutions for the same.

- Continuously drive process improvements & implement special projects, as required.

- Ensuring SOX 404 compliance for Financial reporting & Commitments reporting processes.
