A seasoned professional with hands-on banking experience in areas such as Business Partnering, Financial Planning & Analysis, MI Reporting, Variance Analysis, Change Management, Closing & Reporting, People Management and stakeholder management. A Banking domain expert with Strong Negotiation and Influencing Skills required to Scope Onshore activities and lead transition teams to migrate roles/activities in accordance with the governed framework. This role would require certain amount of overseas travelling.

Strong Banking Domain Knowledge primarily on the Corporate and Institutional Banking.
Strong Understanding of banking products and segments.
Strong Influencing and Negotiation skills apt to have meaningful discussions with senior stakeholders
Experience of having led large teams including senior & experienced professionals.
Has experience in the field of Financial Planning & Analysis, Variance Analysis, MI Reporting, Closing & Reporting Activities
Ability to understand key business drivers & the application of those to the relevant Performance management reporting processes.
Strong capability to understand financial statements and the drivers thereof in order to synthesize them into meaningful analysis as required.
A leader, a team player with the management ability and track record to secure the confidence and respect of the peers, stakeholders and the executive management team.
Ability to culturally orient in diverse & international team environment and lead and inspire multi-disciplinary teams.
Ability to work effectively under pressure, multi task, lead from the front, influence where he/she does not have direct authority & build on unstructured formative situations.
