Job Purpose :

- The jobholder will be responsible for local reporting by ensuring that all reports are accurate and completed on a timely basis.

- He / She will Support ISPL management teams in the understanding/monitoring of Business Lines- KPIs including headcount, expenses & allocation and providing of consolidated views to ISPL Management.

- Data are followed up in Actuals, Forecasts and Budgets.

- All local reporting is performed in accordance with relevant and applicable instructions and requirements and within the deadlines set forth, with complete audit trail to follow.

- The Jobholder is responsible for the day to day supervision and review of timely and accurate management accounting and reporting.

Key Responsibilities :

- Business partnering with ISPL managers on regular basis and monthly review with ExCo to discuss business performance.

- Develop financial models and analysis to support strategic initiatives and decision support

- Run monthly and quarterly Cost and Headcount data in order to produce Business Lines reporting and Business review for senior management

- Developing pricing model for RFPs and loaded cost calculations

- Contribute to the budget process for the PM teams (Expenses, Headcount and Allocated costs) for ISPL scope

- Perform Trend and Variance Analysis of Financial Reports. 


- Prepare presentations to Board of Directors and Senior Management Team

- Perform adhoc management requests related to Performance Management function and as per ISPL requirements.

- Ensuring quality and timely production of all PM deliverables

- Maintain good working relationship across ISPL and Regional PM teams

- Take initiative on proposing efficient and automated process on all performance management functions

- Direct contribution to BNPP operational permanent framework.


- Enforce controls and ensure timely distribution / submission of accurate reports.

- Perform sanity checks / high-level reviews of monthly and quarterly reports, raising questions to the senior reporting analysts for further investigation

Qualifications :

Candidate Requirements for the role :

- Education Background : Chartered Accountant

- Years of experience: Minimum 8 years of experience in a global financial services company (Post Qualification).
