- Excellent communication skills

- Ability to present to leadership in reviews

- CA/ ICWA/ MBA Finance

- Work ex of 10+ yrs with experience of managing small teams

- Driving Reporting of Financials and giving proactive Business insights to leadership

- Build the Operating OP of the Business along with Sales, Operation and functional team

- Regular forecasting of financials of business

- Highlighting the key action items for business

- Manage a team of ~ 3-4 resources

- Own and drive monthly provisioning, closing, reporting, audit for financials of business

- Create strong connect with Sales, operations teams spread across.

- Working on Pricing, Commercials for new Business, renewal of existing business
