AVP - Financial Modelling - Banking

Job role -

- As a key business partner, Operations Finance will play a critical role in defining and implementing the global strategy for the Operations organization with a particular focus on increasing the efficiency and effectiveness.

- A key part of the remit for Operations Finance is partnering with key stakeholders, to provide them with analytics and developing recommendations to help drive the strategic direction of the organisation.

- This is a high profile global role supporting the Operations CFO in Operations Finance.

- The jobholder will be responsible for providing the Global Operations with forward looking analytics and developing recommendations to help drive strategic direction.

- Operating in an exciting and challenging environment, the role will focus on partnering with the Global Operations COO & Business Services teams and have influence on reshaping and streamlining the support Finance provides to Global Operations.

Desired Skillset:-

- CA / ICWA / CFA / CPA or B.Com+MBA from only tier 1 institution having 6+yrs of PQE in Excellent financial modelling skills to perform complex scenario and sensitivity analysis in an international Banking organisation,

- Superior problem solving, analytical and presentation skills

- Ability to navigate, build relationships and collaborate with partners across multiple functions, regions and lines of business

- Track record of driving change and influencing strategic decision makers
