AVP - Financial Control / Legal Entity Control

Job Role :

- Preparation of Financial Statements under local and US GAAP; Regulatory Reporting and Group Consolidation.

- Production of the monthly and year-end US GAAP Financial Statements. This includes P&L, BS, Off BS reporting, various schedules & disclosures as per the Regulatory requirement.

- Ensuring Financial statements are complete, accurate, prepared in a timely manner, and are in accordance with GAAP on a legal entity and a consolidated basis.

Requirements :

- Qualified CA / ICWA with min 5 years of post qualification experience

- Knowledge of US GAAP / IFRS

- Team management skills.

- Strong analytical skills

- Strong organizational and summarization skills

- Excel system skills and ability to learn Finance specific systems

- Must be able to work well and complete tasks under tight deadlines
