Role : AVP- Finance
Location : Bangalore
The Individual will be responsible for providing financial support and insights to India domestic business operations and working closely with the Business Leaders, Geography Leaders and Functional Directors to drive the agenda of profitable growth with forecast accuracy.
- Prepare and review comprehensive financial reports which helps provide decision support for the India business leadership team
- Deep dive into segment profitability, contract level profitability to drive the right business mix and deals
- Analyse the opportunity pipeline and provide key insights into the deal profitability and impact on portfolio
- Alignment of India Business financial strategies with Global Business strategies and alert where there is disconnect in expectations
- Provide guidance on financials and highlight the key risks to the plan/forecast etc
- Liase with APAC and Growth Market teams to provide updates and analysis
- Provide financial leadership and overall financial management for the India Business. Serve as financial advisor for the India business
- Alignment of India Business financial strategies .
- Provide guidance on financials and highlight the key risks to the plan/forecast etc and drive forecast accuracy, leveraging the network
- Liaise with HR on supply/demand at the regional level with validation based on market conditions
- Monitor Charge-ability and Recover-ability and productivity metrics; accurate time charges
- Develop network and relationship with Controllership team.
- Responsible for continuous improvement initiatives and professional development of the finance teams
- Provide leadership direction and career mentoring to the teams and direct reports
- This person is also expected to support the Finance Director in driving the common India Finance objectives, working with finance leads and team and driving those actions
Qualification & Experience : CA / MBA with min 8+ Yrs of experience in FP&A / BP&A.
