Job Responsibilities :
- Lead and maintain the day-to-day business service operations of procure-to-pay (PTP) and order-to-cash (OTC) for Asia-Pacific markets
- Drive strategic business decisions to ensure service delivery
- Provide best-in-class customer experiences and maintain the integrity of control environment
- Serve as the project manager to implement new tools, increase automation, and improve business processes and also cultivate relationships throughout the organization.
Candidate Specifications :
- Prior experience leading regional service delivery model or operations finance in a multinational corporation
- Proven success in strategic and operational transformations that integrated back office activities across multiple processes and functions into meaningful end-to-end services
- Prior experience in hiring and developing talent in a geographically distributed and matrixed organization
- Strong leadership, planning, project management and organizational skills with attention to detail
- Strong work ethic and ability to work independently and creatively in a fast paced, problem-solving service delivery environment
- Proven ability to adjust to new or changing requirements while conveying a sense of urgency and driving issues to closure
-Ability to interact effectively with executives, customers, vendors, and third-party service providers
- High proficiency with Microsoft products, SAP ERP, VIM Analytics, AFS, IBMS
