AVP - Finance - Treasury & FX Management - BFSI/BPO/Telecom

AVP- Finance (Treasury & FX Management) (10-15 yrs)

- Regularly analyze finance inputs to understand and forecast global FX risk. Develop relationships with the various finance leaders to coordinate the timeliness and accuracy of inputs.

- Translate analysis into an FX management action plan to minimize exposure and hedge forecasted risks on an appropriate basis.

- Develop relationships with global financial institutions to best source FX related products from a price and effectiveness standpoint

- Manage FX program within prescribed policies and parameters as approved by the Board. Periodically suggest improvements in policies and/or changes in approved limits

- Provide FX related input into customer pricing process to ensure consistency with FX management process and to minimize exposure.

- Manage Bank Relationships to best source banking products and services and facilitate the sanctioning and renewal of credit lines. To set consistent benchmarks for an improved operational performance of core and allied bank operation activities across the main geographies.

- Manage Liquidity across subsidiaries and bank accounts on a global basis and assume the investment responsibilities of cash. To actively perform cash management and develop efficient mechanisms for cash forecasts

Other Skills :

- Strong network of relationships with global financial institutions

- Working knowledge of US GAAP FX related accounting standards

- Excellent analysis skills; ability to draw relevant info from diverse sources

- Skilled in contributing high quality output in a matrixed organization

- Excellent English communication skills as well as a polished presentation style

- Hands on knowledge on excel spreadsheets involving usage of financial functions, pivots, data tabulation and creation of high level MIS Reports

- Working knowledge of ERP systems would be an added advantage
