AVP - Finance Transformation Leader - P2P/R2R - BPO

Position : F&A Transformation Leader

Global Transformation Champion for F&A processes, leveraging re-engineering, system interventions, bench-marking, analytics, among others

Role :

F&A (P2P & R2R) transformation leader :

- A sound exposure in Management Consulting for F&A

- Has driven projects in Finance Transformation side and is able to drive significant Transformation projects and able to connect with Clients at Sr. Level

- Interaction with clients on transformation/re-engineering initiatives throughout the project life-cycle, from identification, implementation, to sign off

- Creation of diagnostic toolkit for all F&A processes

- Perform diagnostic for existing and new processes

- Work with business leaders to identify and execute transformation opportunities

- Drive cross functional teams to deliver transformation projects

- Able to drive creation on high impact projects in consultant.

- Maintain awareness of new and emerging solutions and the potential application on operations

- Drive enterprise adoption of these tools/techniques by internal and client showcasing and articulating the business case and value proposition

- Act as business interface for business process automation and analytics opportunities

- Maintain awareness of new and emerging solutions and the potential application on operations

SME/Consultant :

- Internal and Industry Bench-marking

- Overlay - Golden process- and identify system/tool automation opportunities

- Act as domain SME to design solutions for prospects

- Active participation in client visits

- Cross pollination of best practices in F&A by interfacing with operations leads and process /business excellence teams

Candidate Profile :

- 8+ years of experience in F&A services out of which at least 5+ years should be in the BPM/FAO/Finance Transformation/Big 4 environment

- Excellent education pedigree - CA/CPA/MBA/CFA/ICWA preferred

- Experience of packaging and showcasing capabilities and solutions, especially to senior business leaders

- Evidence of problem solving analytical mindset and comfort with business ambiguity

- Excellent oral communication and presentation skills

- Superior written communication skills

- End to end view of the F&A tower

- Exposure to bench-marking, diagnostic and system/tool/platform deployment in the P2P area, Exposure to technology - ERPs,
