Role & Responsibilities:
- Candidate must have experience in finance training - banking, capital markets and F&Aprocess
- Develop and implement the strategic vision for the Banking, Capital Markets, and F&A Academies.
- Lead a team of subject matter experts and training professionals to design and deliver high impact learning programs.
- Collaborate with senior leadership to align the academys goals with business objectives and market demands.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and provide strategic guidance to cross- functional teams.
- Oversee the creation of curriculum and training materials covering a wide range of topics including investment banking, asset management, securities trading, risk management, regulatory compliance, corporate finance, and advanced accounting principles.
- Ensure programs are up to date with the latest industry trends, regulations, and best practices.
- Utilize a variety of training methods including e-learning, workshops, simulations, and on-the job training to enhance learning effectiveness.
- Lead or support the design, development, and implementation of talent management programs such as succession planning and leadership development, consulting with senior management to ensure the programs are effective and meet business requirements.
- Develop specialized training programs for equity and debt markets, derivatives, foreign exchange, and commodities.
- Incorporate advanced financial modeling, valuation techniques, portfolio management strategies, and performance analysis.
- Address topics in corporate finance such as capital budgeting, financial planning, mergers and acquisitions, and financial restructuring.
- Keep the curriculum aligned with the latest regulatory requirements and best practices in financial and managerial accounting.
- Engage with external industry experts, educational institutions, and regulatory bodies to enhance the academys offerings.
- Establish metrics to evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and make data-driven decisions for continuous improvement.
- Monitor and report on the progress of training initiatives and their impact on business performance.
Project Management skills:
- Initiating the project, planning, and outlining project scope, objectives, and deliverables
- Establishing and maintaining communication with the project team, management, and stakeholders
- Coordinating project meetings and decision-making processes
- Executing the work, coordinating, and supervising the project team and ensuring that they have the tools required for delivering the project on time.
- Completing the project and creating required documentation and reports for the management
