AVP - Finance + M&A (MUST) - CA - IT Software/Services Firm

Reputed IT Software/ Services firm with global offices and across India.

Location: Pune (Candidate must be from Pune or Mumbai opting for Pune.

Reporting to - CFO

Job purpose: The incumbent with lead the M&A integration process from a finance perspective

- Strong oral communication skills and experience dealing with stakeholders in different locations. Team player, Organized, self-starter.

- Highly analytical mind with a strong attention to detail.

- Strong relationship-building, collaboration, and influencing skills needed to counsel and work effectively with senior leaders and executives.

Role & Responsibilities

- Driving the financial planning of the company by analysing its performance and risks

- Setting up and overseeing the company's finance IT system

- Prepare timely and detailed reports on financial performance on a quarterly and annual basis

- Conduct analysis to make forecasts and report to the executive leadership team

- Ensure adherence to financial laws and guidelines

- Catalyse the M&A process & finance function integration

- Advice and carry out all the required regulatory approvals to complete the merger/acquisition

Key Skills & Knowledge required -

Chartered Accountant with 15+ years of extensive experience in diverse field of Mergers & Acquisitions, Financial Planning & Strategy, Budgeting, Restructuring, MIS and Accounting
