AVP - Finance - FAAS - Shared Services Center

- Expert knowledge of US GAAP Accounting Standards Codification (ASC), IFRS and IND-AS related to Revenue recognition, Deferred revenue, R&D, Consolidation/ Business combinations, Intercompany transactions, Foreign Exchange transactions/ translations, Investments in securities/ subsidiaries, Income taxes.

- Knowledge of US corporate taxation desirable.

- Implementation and/ or strong working knowledge of multiple accounting systems, such SAP/ Oracle, QuickBooks, Tally, NetSuite etc. and Workflow & Document management technologies.

- Experience in Cloud Accounting desirable.

- Strong business and industry acumen, and have a consulting mindset.

- Must be in client facing role.

- Team Handling

- Experience in Accounting Operations, Controllership, Business Controls, Finance & Risk Assurance.

- Experience of running Shared Services center or managing Finance and Accounting processes in an Outsourced environment.

- Must have managed a team of minimum 10 in a client (domestic/ international) delivery lead role.

- Proven track record in building and running a successful F&A Operations within an organization or an advisory services company.

- Experience of leading designing, centralization, standardization, execution and automation of O2C, P2P, R2R processes, and in executing F&A projects
