Job Description

Reporting to the Head of Change and managing a 10 member team, you will be responsible for:

- Establish the finance change capability from scratch

- Identifying problem areas within operational processes while transitioning the capability from onshore and then working towards realizing benefits

- Interacting with senior stakeholders and managing metrics of the end to end projects that could be either delivery programs or streamlining of operational processes

- Managing migrations and process improvements

- Maintaining BAU while change is being integrated into the set up.

The Successful Applicant

- CA/MBA with 9+ years of relevant work experience within the BFSI domain

- Prior experience of handling a 6+ member team

- Excellent understanding of F&A processes

- Prior experience of project management is a must

- Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

- Lean/Six Sigma/ PMP/ Prince 2 certification preferred
