JOB PROFILE:

Key Responsibilities:

- Able to prepare budget, forecast and perform analysis on monthly, quarterly and annual basis about segment revenue, segment margin and other related cost - including trend analysis

- Budget vs Actual analysis with deep dive attitude

- Follow up for outstanding including client's stakeholder management

- High level of precision and accuracy on the numbers required

- Prepare, maintain and review reports required for global reporting including Excel

Models

- Work closely with Segment Head

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills including presentations to senior management, external stake holders and Global Team Members

- Budgetary control to ensure desired financial performance with emphasis on profit maximization through revenue enhancement and strict expenditure controls.

- Monitor cost and profit performance of all departments regularly and provide recommendations/suggest corrective action.

- Formulating budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine difference between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions

- Designing and implementing systems & procedures; supervising the consolidation of group accounts and preparation of financial statements

- To assume responsibility for preparing all MIS reports, to develop a more informative database for improved management decision-making and critical evaluation of activities.

- Generating MIS reports on financial parameters to gauge the functioning of the organization

- Analysis of Business Data

- Inform & advise the departmental heads in the areas of financial performance, cost benefit analysis, cost management etc.

- Maintain regular contacts with corporate bodies, financial institutions, government agencies etc

- Stay informed the latest amendments in commercial laws, tax structures and other developments in the financial world.

- Identify key communities, plan various initiatives and co-ordinate the support activities.
