KNOWLEDGE & QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

Chartered Accountant only

Total post qualification years of experience 8+ years

Notice period in the existing organization to be 1 month or maximum 2 month.

Asset Reconstruction Company, Banks and NBFC are preferred choice

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Responsible for overall Finance and Accounts Function of ARC and all the Trusts including taxation, audit and related regulatory compliance.

Oversight of Financial Operations, Internal Controls and Co-ordination of all Financial and Internal/External audits

Financial Statements/ related reporting in compliance with applicable GAAP and other regulatory/statutory reporting requirements

Ensuring and monitoring of control environment over financial operations and financial reporting in keeping with the best practices

Management of tax positions, tax risks (including arising from transfer pricing arrangements) and tax planning with a view to optimise the tax outflows

Experience/training in IND AS will be preferred.
