We are hiring for a leadership opportunity for Gurgaon location.

Required Skills:-

1. Must have - experience on all the ERP stack and on all relevant modules of the stack - PA, GL, FA etc.

2. Is working with finance teams currently and leading the ERP team across Agilent. Is well aware of the criticality and requirements of finance functions

3. Has handled project with vendors and also managed support - good at vendor management

4. Good project management skills - delivered multiple project related to ERP and non-ERP

- ERP - Oracle R12 - Financials (Hyperion, GL, PA, AP, AR, FA and other core modules)

- Data processing methods, procedures and software systems

- Strong experience in SDLC methodologies - particularly Agile SCRUM, OUM

- Should have done more than one ERP implementations and one non-Oracle application - cloud, Portal will be preferred

- Strong Solution architecture and design capabilities

- Design, management, and operation of managed IT systems

Essential

- Relate to all levels of the user community - Translate technical language to lay audiences

- Be a team player that motivates and educates other team members

- Plan, implement and support systems in a complex environment

- Set and manage priorities

- Comprehend complex, technical subjects

- Link and apply complex technologies to business strategies

Desirable

- Oracle HR & payroll systems

- PMI / Price 2 certification would be beneficial

- Experience of executing and managing projects using Oracle EBS platform

- Familiarity with technologies, like Java J2EE/K2ME, MS, Oracle will be beneficial

- Demonstrated experience in personnel management.

- Should be able to learn, understand, and apply new technologies.

Summary :-

- Independently direct and manage project development from beginning to end.

- Consult with functional leaders (CFO, SVP, VP) across Finance (primary) and other areas to exchange information, present new approaches, and to identify opportunities

- Responsible for the management of company's information systems and projects, including ERP, Cloud platforms and others products as needed

- Accountability for integrity, availability and performance of the company's ERP platform and all systems related to Finance function

- Optimize the IT organization from technical and service orientated perspective to improve efficiencies

- Accountability for change and release management to the production environment

- Assess and anticipate technology projects and recommend appropriate action and resources

- Define project success criteria and disseminate them to involved parties throughout project life cycle.

- Define project scope, goals and deliverables that support business goals in collaboration with senior management and stakeholders.

- Build, develop, and grow any business relationships vital to the success of the project

- Effectively communicate and continually manage project expectations to team members and stakeholders in a timely and clear fashion.

- Liaise with project stakeholders on an ongoing basis.

- Estimate the resources and participants needed to achieve project goals.

- Draft and submit budget proposals, and recommend subsequent budget changes where necessary.

- Determine and assess need for additional staff and/or consultants and make the appropriate recruitments if necessary during project cycle.

- Identify and resolve issues and conflicts within the project team.

- Identify and manage project dependencies and critical path.

- Plan, schedule and track project timelines / milestones and deliverable s using appropriate tools.

- Develop and deliver progress reports, proposals, requirements documentation, and presentations.

- Proactively manage changes in project scope, identify potential crises, and devise contingency plans.

- Coach, mentor, motivate and supervise project team members and contractors, and influence them to take positive action and accountability for their assigned work.

- Delegate tasks and responsibilities to appropriate personnel.

- Perform project post mortems and create a recommendations
