AVP - Finance - BFSI

Experience:8-10 years of experience

Qualification: CA / CFA / MBA Finance

Industry: Banking / Financial services / Rating Agency / Banks

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. To execute the debt restructuring assignment as an account manager.

2. To execute assignment right from beginning to conclusion internal involve compilation of information, analysis of data, preparation of detailed restructuring proposal, preparation of financial model and preparation of power point presentation and liasoning with lenders and client.

3. To be able to control their entire execution process and seek intervention of seniors at appropriate level and
flag the critical issues need attention of client / lenders and seniors.

Functional Area:

1. Strong Balance Sheet analytical skill and understanding

2. Expert Excel skill for preparation of financial model i.e. projected balance sheet . P &L , Cash Flow, W. Cap. , CMA with backed assumptions.

3. Good communication skill.

4. Dedicated and committed with positive attitude
