About our Client - Our client is a specialist alternative assets manager based in India. The firm is a wholly owned subsidiary of a large Retail/ Commercial Bank, one of the largest private sector financial services group in India. They are looking for an AVP Finance for their operations in Mumbai, to strengthen their position
Job Description - The Job Involves:
- Maintaining the books of accounts on a daily basis
- Participate in TDS, preparation and finalization of accounts, preparation of MIS and cash flow
- Prepare the monthly and quarterly accounts.
- Co-ordinate with auditors for statutory audit and ensure timely audit.
- Prepare MIS of various portfolio companies managed by the Fund.
- Assist the CFO for investor reporting of various funds.
- Monitor payments and do routine / ground level work on ad-hoc basis
- Prepare board presentations
The Successful Candidate - You will be a CA (2005-2006), who is well versed with SAP and Tally and proficient in Excel. You will have 5-6 years of experience in a relevant space. You will have maintained the books of accounts on a daily basis, for a continuous period of 2-3 years. You will possess positive attitude and good inter personal skills, while displaying the ability to manage a challenging environment.
