About our Client - Our client is a leading outsourcing service provider catering to a number of verticals across the Financial Services, Infrastructure, Travel and Utilities space.

Job Description - Reporting to the VP - F&A, your responsibilities include:

- Acting as domain SME on Insurance F&A Drive creation and packaging of Insurance F&A specific methodologies, toolkits and white papers.

- Reviewing & passing month end journals & accruals.

- Creating methodologies/frameworks by integrating firm's service footprint in the Insurance F&A space.

- Building relationships with key business leaders and other stakeholders to drive uptake of new practices/tools etc.

- At the outset this is envisaged to be an individual contributor role, but over time a specialist team of 2-3 resources may be in the offing.

The Successful Candidate - You are CA/ICWA/ CPA/ MBA- finance/ PGDM-finance with 8+ years overall experience. Prior experience in Insurance accounting and Insurance product knowledge along with good knowledge of accounting standards, especially statutory accounting principals for US insurance companies is a must. Evidence of problem solving analytical mindset and comfort with business ambiguity and good communication skills would also be required.
