To manage the Finance & Accounting operations of the multiple legal entities independently.

- Define and implement required processes, implement and ensure internal controls, adherence to local statute and ensure fiduciary risks.

- Comply with the policies/practices to ensure adequacy and effectiveness of controls to mitigate potential risks.

CA with minimum 9 yrs of post Qualification Exp.
