Job Description:

Key Deliverables

1. Preparation of Financial statements of NBFC

2. Monthly closing of books of accounts: Provision for expenses, Identification of Non Performing Assets, Verification of accounting closure by treasury operations, central operations and other teams

3. Preparation and timely filing of RBI Reports: Monthly returns, ALM –I, II and III, NBS7, Company Profile, etc.

4. Coordinating with statutory auditors and secretarial for various RBI certificates: Foreign Direct Investments, NBFC continuation and Certified NBS 7 and RBI Monthly return.

5. Preparation of various reports to provide responses to notice and inspection queries raised by RBI

6. Analytical review of the financing book SBU wise /Line of Business including the yields, Cost of borrowing, NII and NIM calculations

7. Facilitating the Limited review of the financial statements of the Company in pursuance of the debenture listing agreement with BSE/NSE

8. Monitoring of the credit concentration limits – Single Borrower Limit and Group Borrower Limits as per Prudential Guidelines of Reserve Bank of India

9. Preparation of various financing data required by Resource Operation team for onward submission to banks.

10. Coordinating with CA firm for monthly CA certificate on financing receivable eligible for bank finance required by Resource OPS for banking facilities of the Company

11. Preparation of data required for submission to IDBI Trustee for all trust deed on quarterly basis along with CA certificate for security cover available for NCD.

12. Head the treasury back office function for Fixed Income Securities activity of the group

13. Coordinating and maintaining effective communication with operation , business and Resource team for smooth and timely completion of work

14. Accounting and monitoring the investments in Government Securities and the interest rate derivatives

15. Compilation of weekly, monthly and quarterly MIS for the NBFC activities including financial and operating performance
