AVP - Finance & Account - NBFC

Job Description :

- Financial / Strategic Planning.

- Financial Statement Analysis.

- Consolidation of Accounts viz. Balance sheet, P/L Account & cash flow statements.

Finalization of Standalone Financial statements (Balance Sheet and Profit and Loss Account) and Consolidation of Financial statements as per Accounting Standards and Indian GAAP.

- Tax compliance (Direct & Indirect).

- Ensuring timely assessment and filing of income tax, advance tax, service tax, and TDS returns as per the provisions of regulatory tax acts.

- Fund Management, Dealing with banks, project financing, Working Capital Monitoring etc.
