AVP - Finance

We are looking for AVP- Finance , position to be based at Bangalore. A brief JD annexed:

Budgeting & MIS

- Formulating Operating & Capital Budgets and conducting variance analysis to determine variation between projected & actual results and implementing corrective actions.

- Liaising and negotiating with banks and financial institutions for raising fund and non-fund based facilities at favourable terms to meet working capital requirements.

- Preparing funds flow and cash flow statements to monitor the inflow & outflow of funds and ensure optimum utilisation of available funds to accomplish organisational goals.

- Actively involved in booking Forward Cover and managing exchange risks.

- Restructuring the debt to optimise cost of capital

Other Responsibilities

- Framing process on Inventory Management and controlling value

- Working Capital Management through rigor on collection and maintaining optimum inventory level

- Analyzing Business Risk and working with Management to initiate action

- Working closely with operation team to drive Productivity

Project Management

- Preparing financial cum commercial viability of various project.

- Monitoring the development and calculation of various project for timely delivery and ensuring there is no project overrun

- Generate suitable report to board of director periodically to report on project development.

Looking for:

- CA's with 8 - 10 yrs of experience (1 or 2nd attempt) from top Multinational companies / Top 4 Financial Consulting companies
