AVP - F&A Operations - AP/P2P/R2R

We are looking for F&A Domain Experts [P2P or R2R] for a Leading Global Captive Brand, who can Own and Drive complete end to end operations for the designated processes.

Positions - Hyderabad : 8, Bangalore: 4, Kolkata: 3, Gurgaon: 3

Specific/ Essential Requirements [For Position in Kolkata] - We are looking for a Domain Expert in AP who can work as a Subject Matter Expert [AP] and further be involved in Process Designing part, Re-engineering, Project Management, Transformation. This role will involve extensive travelling [60%] to locations Globally with Base location as Kolkata.

Specific/ Essential Requirements [For Position in Hyderabad, Bangalore & Gurgaon]:

1. Exposure and Proven record in P&L Management

2. Should have handled one or multiple key Client Accounts

3. Global exposure

4. Handling a Team of at least 40+ FTEs

5. Excellent communication and executive presence to connect at Senior-most level

6. Ability to influence multiple internal and external stakeholders

7. Ability to built deep client partnerships

8. Ability to lead & build strong teams

9. Ability to work in an matrix environment

10.Should have Orientation towards Continuous Process Improvements

Education : CA/ ICWA [Preferable for Hyderabad & Kolkata Location, Mandatory for Bangalore & Gurgaon Location]

Experience : If CA/ ICWA - 8 to 10 yrs of post qualification experience out of which at least 8 years of F&A experience in operations / service delivery in the domain of R2R or P2P AND FP&A.

If other Post Graduate - 10 to 20 yrs of post qualification experience out of which at least 10 years of F&A experience in operations / service delivery in the domain of R2R or P2P AND FP&A.
