About our Client - Our client is a premier Indian Investment Bank with a strong track record for the past three consecutive years. With a comprehensive equity research desk, our client covers all industry sectors and has been performing exceptionally well in the TMT space. Thus seeking to further specialize its research expertise in this sector, they are looking for an AVP.

Job Description - Reporting into the Director, you will be responsible for:

- Leading a team of 15 analysts and associates and ensuring coverage of all research publications.

- Work closely with senior managers and mentor junior equity research analysts.

- Ongoing analysis of individual stocks with coverage across sectors in the TMT space.

- Build long lasting relationships with investors, regulators and all market participants.

- Conducting market research along with writing and presenting reports.

The Successful Candidate -

- You will have an MBA from a top tier business school and a Bachelor's in engineering/IT is desirable.

- You will have at least 6 years of work experience in equity research with a strong focus on the IT sector.

- You will have demonstrated strong quantitative and analytical abilities along with excellent written and verbal communication skills through your prior work experience.
