Position : Assistant Vice President (People Management)
Location : Mumbai (Western Suburb)
Responsibilities :
1. Supervision and oversight of the team responsible for surveillance of trading activities of APAC employees related to Employee Trading and Personal Trading policies including handling of Outside Directorship and Business interests, Trade Reconciliation, Exceptions & Escalations of such employees
2. Management of teams daily performance.
3. Oversee the follow up and escalations of significant matters identified as part of the surveillance process and ensure that the same is closed with action plans as agreed upon.
4. Assist in the periodic review of the surveillance processes and system to i dentify risk & control gaps and help make them more efficient and robust.
5. Provides relevant facts and supporting to the Head of ETP function on exceptional approvals.
6. Support Head of ETP function on day-to-day ETP-related matters as well as on all strategic and ongoing projects related to their areas.
7. Perform any other functions or ad-hoc tasks which may be assigned by the ETP Head
8. Trains new analysts and conducts periodic process trainings
