Job Role:
- Provide Compliance Support to Onshore entities.
- Person will be heading teams like - Disclosures, Financial Crime Monitoring, Employee Compliance and Core Compliance.
- Lead and guide the team managers and their staff for smooth and effective execution of BAU tasks. Maintain and manage stakeholder relationship & expectations for the department and address service level issues.
- Ensure appropriate and timely reporting to senior management.
- Engage with stakeholders to identify and manage migration opportunities for the division. Serve as point of contact for Administrative and HR related matters from a Core perspective. Mentor staff for meeting departmental & BAU objectives and conduct performance appraisals. Handle hiring and resourcing needs for the
department
Requirements:
- Graduate with 8 yrs of Compliance experience
- Exposure to Central Compliance, Core Compliance or employee trading compliance teams.
