AVP - Employee Relations - BFSI

We have an immediate requirement for the positions of AVP level- Emplyee Relations for a leading BFSI organisation at Mumbai

Preferably from Banking/ BFSI / BFSI Shared services.

Education: Required Full time MBA with experience of 8-10 yrs in Employee Relations role.

Responsibilities include:

- Providing specialist advice and guidance on Disciplinary, Capability and Grievance cases and ER issues, and leading complex case management with business managers

- Supports and advises on Disciplinary, Capability and Grievance Case Management

- Identifying Capability processes (including Performance Improvement Plans and Attendance Improvement Plans

- Engage with business for Change management governance and process control

- Lead, advise and support business managers in the application of ER strategy and policies within the relevant geographic region
