Role :
End to end employee life cycle management
Employee Relations
Implementing the organizational employee engagement agenda
Managing programs such as performance development initiatives, HiPo programs, resource deployment strategies and employee motivation boosting initiatives
HR business partnering
Candidate Reqt:
MBA HR ( 2001 to 2006 ) batches with sound experience in ER functions in BFSI
Candidate must be able to :
- Strong attention to detail, analytical acumen, intellectual curiosity, creativity, a proven work ethic, and good communication skills.
- Experience managing, mentoring, and developing talent
