- Standardizing contract and agreement templates and formulating simple processes for reducing the contract negotiation periods.

- Vetting and drafting Employment Contracts, Engagement Letters, Training Agreements, Higher Study agreements and other HR related documents.

- Support all employment law matters for large employee strength, review & finalization of all HR polices including employee service rules, ethics & compliance, employee litigations, prevention of Sexual harassment etc.

- Supporting Business HR in Formulating, Conducting, coordinating and documenting various employees related processes, investigation and proceedings. provide legal support in respect of all facilities in India including leasing, sale &purchase and litigation s

- Responsible for procurement of legal support and putting together contracting policies.

- Responsible for creating standard drafts and reviewing and approving all contracts.

- Advise business on new initiatives, review business models, manage litigation s and also advise on all marketing initiatives.

- Formulating legal engagement models for Contracts and Documentation, Regulatory Compliance, Legal Litigation's, Competition and Managing the Legal Principal Risk associated with the business operations of the company

- Helping HR team in framing Exit Management process for employees.

- Planning, implementing and managing various Reporting and Management Information System to update the management on Legal Principal Risk and other necessary legal information.

- Selection, empanelment and engagement of external counsels and law firms. Coordinating with law firms and legal counsels, briefing advocates, managing litigation s for the Company and to present before the courts on behalf of the Company.

Brief profile description

- A Legal professional, with around 10 years of experience in handling legal matters for a large MNC IT/ITES Company.

- Possess strong communication skills and ability to quickly come up with innovative legal resolutions to address the business threats.

- Conversant with International laws especially UK laws.
