Role : - AVP - Employee Experience
Location - Bangalore
Job Description:
The Individual will be responsible for identifying, designing and deploying all programs impacting employee experience across the identified platforms (Career, Team, Culture, Passion, Wellbeing, etc)
The incumbent will work very closely with the team and HRBP leads on the ideation and design of programs.
Reports to - VP- HR
Education - Post Graduate / MBA from Tier 1 institutes
Work Experience - 10-12 years HR work experience, with specialization in designing programs impacting experience of millennial workforce.
Work Requirements :
- Deep understanding of the needs of a millennial workforce
- Knowledge of human centric design concepts
- Experience in employee experience domain, designing and deploying next gen programs
- Excellent stakeholder and program management skills; the stakeholder group being very diverse
