Job Role: AVP-Eco Program Management-Transaction Banking

Job Location: Bangalore

Experience: 12-17 Years

The Role & Responsibilities -

- Responsible for the work-stream deliverables including planning, initiative execution, monitoring and on-time delivery of the agreed action plan.

- Responsible for coordinating between the various groups / teams to ensure that end-to-end delivery of the work-streams is as planned.

- Responsible for commercializing the capabilities being delivered under the various work-streams / programs across the bank.

- Responsible for monitoring the various work-streams / programs and the program financials (revenue and cost)

- Lead the weekly / fortnightly working group meetings of the various work-streams / programs and provide guidance and oversight.

- Responsible for escalating the issues that are not going to be addressed by the current work-streams to ensure that they are either added to the existing or agree to create a new work-stream

- Responsible for working with the Trade Product team, Data, Digital & Platforms team, IT teams and other stakeholders to ensure that we the data requirements including data privacy issues are appropriately handled.

- Responsible for maintaining and managing the financials including the FTEs and project investments for the current year and plan for future.

Our Ideal Candidate

- Graduate, ideally MBA / post-graduate qualified.

- At least 10 years of experience in Transaction Banking

- Trade and Cash product knowledge preferred

- Experience of practical aspects of project and change management preferred

- Structured and process driven with project management experience preferred

- Strong ability to manage and effectively influence multiple stakeholders.

- Strategic: ability to appreciate the bigger picture, create alternatives & instinctively spot relevant patterns, while remaining aware of the detailed nuances.

- Analytical: ability to search for reasons and causes behind events and decisions and be able to brainstorm on all the factors that might affect a situation

- Effective communication skills: Well-developed written and spoken communication skills to promote the Banks capabilities within the Group and externally.

- Teamwork: ability to work in a cross cultural and cross geography teams and maximize the team effort.

- Excellent Interpersonal Skills: Personable with great emphasis on team work. Ability to work effectively in cross-cultural, cross-geographical teams

- High strategic, consultative and solution orientation.

- High level of responsiveness and ability to operate with a high degree of urgency and work in a pressurized environment

- Strong drive for results, ability to plan, track and follow through to drive results
