- Lead, mentor, and manage a team of credit analysts, ensuring efficient credit appraisal processes and adherence to policies.

- Develop and implement credit risk assessment strategies for retail loan applications.

- Analyze financial statements, credit bureau reports, and other borrower information to determine creditworthiness.

- Recommend loan approvals, rejections, or adjustments based on credit risk assessment.

- Monitor and maintain the overall quality of the retail loan portfolio within the zone.

- Identify and mitigate potential credit risks within the retail loan portfolio.

- Stay updated on market trends, economic conditions, and regulatory changes impacting retail lending.

- Liaise with various internal stakeholders, including sales, operations, and collections teams.

- Ensure adherence to all regulatory guidelines and credit policies set by the organization.
