Responsibilities:

- Executing our organization's B2B sales plans by building and securing new partnerships and alliances with companies operating in the NBC domain.

- Identifying, preparing, negotiating and driving deals to closure incl. documentation (Contracts/Agreements/MoUs etc.)

- Creating and managing business development pipeline and vetting B2B opportunities, deals and right partners.

- Launching business operations and expanding the company's products and services in new markets/geographies across the partners' ecosystem.

- Establishing sustainable financial growth of the portfolio through effective and efficient management of ongoing relationships.

- Proposaling and solutioning for new and existing clients to maximize opportunity win rates.

- Working with internal and external stakeholders incl. Business, Product, Tech, Marketing etc. teams on program launch, project management and associated initiatives.

- Chipping into the organizational thought leadership as a subject matter expert on Insurance/Assurance/Insurtech trends in the NBFC space.

- Becoming an expert in the company's products and services and where they sit in the larger NBFC ecosystem.

- Conducting Market Research, GTM and Competition Mapping studies.
