VP - Investor Relations & Strategy

Looking for Investor Relations experts with strong experience in Investor Relations and Strategy.

Investor Relations expert will be a spoc for current and prospective investors, managing investor queries, fund Raising, leading Strategic Investor Relations, Strategy, managing CEO Office project, managing relationships with the investors and leading large scale deals.

Responsibilities:

Fundraising Leadership:

- Drive fundraising initiatives by identifying, engaging, and cultivating relationships with prospective investors-including PE fund houses, funds of funds, institutional investors, and family offices. Actively reach out to both offshore and domestic investors to secure capital for the private equity fund.

Strategies:

- Design and implement a comprehensive Investor Relations strategy that aligns with the firm's business objectives.

- Lead Business/Corporate Stategies, CXO Projects, Strategic/Business Roadmaps and manage key projects of the organisation with collaboration with internal teams.

Investor Engagement:

- Develop strategies to deepen relationships with current investors, ensuring high satisfaction and long-term retention, and managing Investor queries.

Stakeholder Relationship Management:

- Establish and maintain strong relationships with current and prospective investors, industry analysts, and key stakeholders.

Meeting & Event Coordination:

- Organize and coordinate meetings, roadshows, and conferences with investors, analysts, and stakeholders to discuss the firm's performance and outlook. And work closely with the senior leadership team to develop messaging that accurately reflects the company's strategy and growth potential.

Ongoing Investor Updates:

- Foster robust relationships with investors by addressing their queries and providing regular updates on fund performance and portfolio companies.

Collaborate with internal teams:

- Such as finance, compliance, and technology-to address regulatory requirements and drive operational improvements.
