Job Description - The Learning & DE&I Specialist is responsible for designing, implementing, and managing learning and development initiatives and driving diversity, equity, and inclusion programs across the organization. This role combines strategic planning with operational execution to foster a culture of continuous learning and inclusive excellence. Its work from office , 5 days a week.
Learning & Development:
1. Design and implement leadership development programs
- Design tailored leadership journeys for businesses- Wholesale, Alternatives & Retail
- Manage program delivery and effectiveness
- Monitor and maintain program quality (NPS 9/10 target)
2. Learning Management:
- Develop and manage learning calendars
3. Academy Management:
- Develop and manage specialized academies, e.g., Wholesale, IT, Treasury,
- Create curriculum and content in collaboration with internal / external partners
Diversity, Equity & Inclusion:
1. DIBA Program Management
- Launch and manage women leadership development programs
- Develop and implement DIBA policies and calendars
- Track and report on ESG targets for diversity metrics
2. POSH:
- Manage policy updates and implementation
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements
1. Budget Management
- Conduct cost-benefit analysis for initiatives
2. Data Management & Reporting:
- Track and report program metrics
- Monitor success measures against targets
- Working knowledge of learning management systems (preferably SumTotal & Skillsoft)
- Proven track record of program design and implementation and impact measure
- Solid conceptual know-how of L&D processes / frameworks, combined with resilience, emotional intelligence, and strong work ethic
